Central Insurance Customers can now schedule a premium payment!
Central Insurance now offers personal and commercial customers the ability to eliminate late or forgotten payments. Premium payments including e-checks and credit or debit cards can be scheduled for a future date, up to and including the due date on the billing account. After the payment has been posted for a future date, a reciept displays with a confirmation number for reference. When there is a future payment pending on a billing account, a “View Pending Payments” link will display in the Account information box on the billing screen.
This convenient new feature makes paying premiums easier than ever before. Policyholders can schedule their payments by going online to my-Central or by calling Central to schedule a payment over the phone. Scheduling premium payments is just another way to make life easier.
EFT and E-billing, as well as scheduled payments, are available for all Personal Lines and Commercial Lines customers EXCEPT those that are mortgagee billed. E-policy is available for policies that are sent directly to the Personal Lines or Commercial Lines insured.
