At some point, you may have to file a claim.  During this time, The Turner Agency associates strive to make the experience as painless as possible by providing claims counseling. 

 

If you have a loss, please call us first so we can guide you through the process and help manage your claim.  During normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, call us at (864) 288-9513 for claims consultation with one of our agents.  (Our office is closed on Wednesdays from noon until 1:00 p.m.)

 

If your loss occurs after hours and/or is an emergency, please email claims@turneragencyinc.com and we will respond as quickly as possible.
