Pay your bill
Many of our companies offer the option to pay your bill online. Below are the instructions to make a payment online or to call in a payment. If you do not find the company you are looking for, please click the “Contact Us” button to your left for help or call us at 288-9513.
Auto Owners
- Call 1-800-288-8740 to pay with check or credit card. (There is a $7 fee for paying via phone.)
- Go to www.auto-owners.com and pay via credit card or EFT –NO FEE.
- Pay options: Full Pay, Escrow Pay, Semi-annual, Three Pay, Quarterly, EZ Pay Quarterly, Monthly, EZ Monthly, EFT.
Central Insurance
- Call 1-800-786-9092 or go online to www.central-insurance.com.
- Note – Paying online requires you to set up an account and have a password. Central accepts Visa or Mastercard (debit or credit) as well as a personal check.
- Go online to www.central-insurance.com (Go to My Central and then to the left hand side to set up a login).
Chubb Insurance
- Payments can be made over the phone from a checking account or using limited debit cards. Credit cards are not accepted. The phone number is 800-682-4822.
Foremost Insurance
- To pay online, go to www.Foremostpayonline.com.
- Payment options are by EFT or credit card
Harleysville Insurance
- Call 1-800-338-8301. Choose prompt 1, then 1 again.
- You can pay online ONLY if the policy is in cancellation status.
- Please have your policy number ready.
- Harleysville only accepts Visa or Mastercard (debit or credit).
Hartford Insurance
- To access the automated billing service, call 1-800-624-5578
- Option 1 provides: get billing status, payment address, or the optoin to make a payment.
- For a credit card payment, call 1-866-581-5039
- EFT is also available.
Lititz Mutual Insurance
- Call 1-800-626-4751 (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and tell them you are making a payment. You will be directed to Accounting and they will accept credit card, debit card, or check.
- Please have your policy number ready.
- Lititz accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover (debit or credit)
- Billing options: pay in full, 2 pay, 3 pay, 4 pay (depends on premium amount)
- EFT not available
Montgomery Insurance
- To pay by check, call 1-877-675-4411 and choose prompt 5, then prompt 1, then prompt 1 again to pay through the automated service. Have billing account number available.
- To pay with a debit or credit card, call 1-866-223-9928 and choose prompt 1, then prompt 1, then prompt 2 to pay by debit (can pay minimum) or credit card (have to pay full balance). They will accept Visa or MasterCard. Have billing account number available.
- To pay online, go to www.montgomery-ins.com/billing. You will need an account and password. Click on “Online Billing Service Center” in the lower left hand corner. All you need is your policy type and policy number. Once in the Service Center click on Create OBSC Account in the upper right hand corner and follow the instructions.
Progressive Insurance
- Call 1-800-PROGRESSIVE.
- For a single payment: You may pay your bill directly from your checking account for your current bill only. You will need your 9 digit policy number.
- For a recurring payment: This will automatically deduct payments from your checking account on each monthly due date.
- Online Bill Payment Service: You can sign up with CheckFree and pay your bill, plus other bills from one website.
- Progressive accepts Discover, Mastercard, NYCE, Pulse, STAR, and Visa Cards.
Safeco Insurance
- Personal lines Safeco Insurance-issued policies can only be paid online at www.safeco.com by signing into “My Account.”
- Click on “New User? Register Now” on the lower left hand side of the page. If you are unsure where to pay your bill online, refer to the website address on your policy invoice, which will direct you to the appropriate site.
- If you have any issues, please contact 800-332-3226.
State Auto
- By phone – 1-800-444-9950 ext 5118. State Auto accepts checking/savings account, Visa, or MasterCard credit/debit card.
- Pay online at www.stateauto.com (checking/savings acct or credit/debit cards).
- Mail to: State Auto Insurance Companies, PO Box 182738, Columbus OH 43218-2738.
- Overnight address: State Auto Insurance Companies, 518 E. Broad St, Columbus OH 43215.
- Only option for e-pay is bank acct. Recurring credit card is not available. To set up e-pay, go to www.stateauto.com. Go to “My Policy Tab”, select ”Pay My Bill”, and get an E-Pay enrollment form. Or call 1-800-444-9950 ext 5118.
Travelers Insurance
- For automated billing: Call 1-877-485-0632. Have your policy number and billing address zip code.
- EFT: Sign up @www.eft.travelers.com or through your Turner Agency account manager
- E Pay: Sign up via travelers.com. Once enrolled go to website http://ww.mytravelers.com/
- US Mail: Payments may be mailed to: Travelers Remittance Center, One Tower Square, Hartford, CT. 06183-1001.
- RCC: Recurring Credit Card, payments made monthly from Visa or Mastercard.
Auto Owners Insurance
- Call billing at 800-288-8740.
- Go online at www.auto-owners.com (The Go Green button starts the process. Make a login).
- EFT and visa/mc auto payment form.
Central Insurance
- Call billing at 800-486-0539.
- Go online to www.central-insurance.com (Go to My Central and then to the left hand side to set up a login).
Frankenmuth Insurance
- Call billing at 800-234-1133.
- Go online to www.fmins.com (Go to policyholder services button, on the right hand side to set up a login).
Harleysville Insurance
- Call billing at 800-523-6344.
- Go online to www.harleysvillegroup.com (click the “Make a Payment” tab at the top).
- Harleysville takes Visa, MC, or check with no additional fee.
The Hartford Insurance
- Call 866-467-8730, option 2 to pay by check over the phone with no additional charge.
- Go online to www.thehartford.com.
National Grange Mutual Insurance
- Call 877-927-5672.
- Go online to www.msagroup.com (click online bill payment tab and set up a login).
Montgomery and Ohio Casualty Insurance
- Call 800-228-7830 (you can make a payment over phone using your checking account. You can use a credit card only for a payment in full.)
- Go to www.montgomery-ins.com/billing (login to make a payment).
Phenix Mutual
- No payments over the phone or on-line.
Progressive Insurance
- Call 800-444-4487 (payment by phone with checking account or credit card – they do not accept American Express).
- Go online to www.progressive.com (click on the customer service tab).
Travelers Insurance
- Call 800-252-2268 (payment by phone with electronic check).
- Go online to www.travelers.com (click on For Business/Pay your Bill… then register).
State Auto Insurance
- Call 800-444-9950 (Pay with your checking account, Visa or MC).
- Go online to www.stateauto.com (click on Pay Your Bill. Register).
Zurich
- Call 800-800-3907 (Pay by check or discover card over the phone).
