Carole was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina.  She graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Elementary Education and Furman University with a master’s degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).

After 31 years, she retired from teaching. Three months later, she decided retirement was overrated and joined The Turner Agency as our Director of First Impressions. She is the first person you will meet when you stop by our office!

Fun fact:  Carole is not new to the insurance world, as she is the daughter of Anne and Clarence Turner (and sister to Ross).  Having worked here years ago, she is thrilled to be back.  She has enjoyed getting reacquainted with long-time clients and getting to know new clients.  In her words, “It’s great to be home!”

Carole and her husband, Brad, have two children: Tinsley and Austin.  Her blood runneth orange and she enjoy all things Clemson.  In her spare time, she loves spending time with family, baking and dreaming of traveling.
