Corn Dip
Ingredients

2 cans corn, drained (we like white shoe peg corn for it’s sweetness)

1 block cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoon chopped jalapeños (add more if you like heat)

2 teaspoons or so of jalapeño juice

1/2 stick of butter
Mix all ingredients and put in an oven safe casserole dish for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until bubbly. You can also put it in a crock pot to heat. Serve with Fritos and Tostitos.
