From the Kitchen: Easy (and Delicious) Corn Dip

Corn Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cans corn, drained (we like white shoe peg corn for it’s sweetness)

  • 1 block cream cheese, softened 

  • 2 tablespoon chopped jalapeños (add more if you like heat)

  • 2 teaspoons or so of jalapeño juice

  • 1/2 stick of butter

Mix all ingredients and put in an oven safe casserole dish for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until bubbly. You can also put it in a crock pot to heat. Serve with Fritos and Tostitos.
